Over-Striped

Over-Striped

Happy April Lizteners,

Sorry for being MIA, but March has been super crazy! I did finally turn 21 though!!! Thank you for the sweet bday wishes guys. I was so lucky to celebrate it in the city I love most with a bunch of people I deeply appreciate and genuinely care for. Vibes. Besides that, the weather in the city has been pretty terrible these past couple of weeks so since I’m always keeping it real with y’all: I didn’t really feel like going outside and shooting, especially since I only want to spoil you guys with the best possible content. Speaking of amazing content, this post is in fact a collab with my friend Antoine Vedel (antoinevedel.com) who’s an amazing landscape photographer from Paris. However, as he’s branching out into other fields and I’m always looking for available photographers, I was more than happy to strike a pose for him (and we all know how good I am at that lol). We wandered the charming streets of the West Village this past sunny Sunday and took these awesome shots for Liztening.

As far as my outfit goes, I’m wearing these straight, slightly high-waisted, medium wash, cropped denim jeans (can I get a holler for this detailed description please?!) that I paired with an olive green sleeveless turtleneck. Over that, I layered an extremely oversized, striped shirt from one of my favorite Canadian brands Oak+Fort that for some reason makes me look bustier than I actually am lol. To top it off, I matched my silver ‘derby’ shoes with my belt, added some fun shades and of course my favorite little blue bag that has apparently become my signature item.

Make sure to show Antoine some love on Insta too: @6ntoine

Take care my loves,

xx – Liz
