Happy March Lizteners,
Y’all know what that means right? Birthday month for little moi!! I’ll be turning the big 21 at the end of the month.. DANG it’s about time – that’s all I got to say.
Also, with the month of March I used to associate the beginning of Spring, flowers starting to bloom and temperatures rising (I repeat: temperatures rising!!), but nope, that ain’t the case for NYC apparently. Yesterday was no joke hence I kinda look like the Michelin mascot. Trust me, looking stylish and subzero temperatures are two things that do not usually go together, but hey I tried so I give myself an A for effort.
I was strolling the streets of Downtown Manhattan with Isabella yesterday in these wider, white pants (yes I am wearing black tights underneath) and a cropped, heavy-knitted sweater. I threw a poncho/sweater/jacket thing (sorry I ran out of words at this point) over my ensemble and topped it off with my green coat. I decided to keep my neck warm with a colorful silk scarf and protect my eyes from the occasional sun ray with my classic round metal sunglasses from Ray-ban. Since the rest of my outfit was pretty loud already, I decided to keep the rest of my accessories nice and simple: I managed to fit all of my essentials in this black, cross-body bag and I put these leather gloves over my freezing hands. Finally, I gave my overall outfit an edgier feel with these cut-out booties.
STAY WARM wherever you are and I’m sending much love to all of you!
Also: Subscribe if you haven’t already:)
Have a nice rest of your Sunday loves,
xx – Liz
