Hey Lizteners,
YES! Finally another blogpost from yours truly. Being away from New York City for a month made me realize how much I really adore this city and how I cannot imagine myself living anywhere else at this stage of my life. I know you’re probably all dying to know where I’ve been these past weeks. Well, I’ve been very busy with my internship at The Row (yes, still stoked about getting that opportunity) and there’s still something like school I have to go to a couple of days a week.
Something that recently came up in my styling class was that the market was oversaturated with bloggers and that all of them claim to be experts and just tend to be obnoxious anyways. I’d love to hear what your guys’ opinion about this is, but I personally don’t see it like that. As a fashion blogger myself, I never claim to be an expert, I just use this platform to voice my opinions and thoughts about various topics (cause guess what I got a lot of them) and you can feel free to take away from them whatever you want. By no means am I an expert, but I just like to share my passion with the world and I feel extremely liberated doing so. Just a quick rant for the day.. I had to get it out of my system.
Now onto what this post is really about: Isabella and I hitting up the streets of Williamsburg, one of the coolest neighborhoods in Brooklyn, and taking all of you with us. I also wanted to quickly mention that Isabella has started her own blog (Zinetta) since last time so make sure to show her some love. As a dancer, I think that movement is such a strong form of expression hence I wanted to showcase that through my posts. A lot of the times I feel like posing can look a bit stiff so to make it more interesting for both you and me, I hope that you can see that I was having more fun with the picture taking process this time. Alright, I’m gonna shut up now and leave you to it.
Enjoy!!
Love – Liz
